Fabricate fiberglass components according to specifications and quality standards.

   Prepare molds and materials

   Inspect, clean, and assemble molds before beginning work.

   Mix resins and catalysts

   Mix catalysts into resins, and saturate cloth and mats with mixtures, using brushes.

   Apply fiberglass layers

   Spray chopped fiberglass, resins, and catalysts onto prepared molds or dies using pneumatic spray guns.

   Check product quality

   Check completed products for conformance to specifications and for defects by measuring and visual inspection.

5. 5

   Cure and finish products

   Cure materials by letting them set at room temperature or baking them in ovens.
